Yes, you can add accounts for certain staff members or volunteers to add content. Depending on the level of access you grant, their additions may or may not need to be approved by the administrator. With regard to adding and updating content, there are three levels of access. An Author can create and edit their own content, but cannot publish that content without approval. An Editor has the same privileges as an Author and can edit the content of any Author. A Publisher has the same privileges of an Author and an Editor and can publish content. The use of these various access levels is described in the documentation of the content management system.
